i run a SA 8300 HD (cox)

I keep getting pixelation and horizontal lines flickering back and forth. It happens on both SD and HD channels. It comes and goes, though its becoming more frequent. I have watched 1 HD movie via on demand and that looked fine.

Im currently on an HD channel and went to the "Current QAM" screen and got the following:

Freq: 759.000mhz
Tuning Mode: QAM-256
Status: Locked
Level: -14 dBmv (orange text)
S/N: 31 DB

Does this means a low signal and the cause of my problems? Did a hard reboot and issue is still there.

That -14dbmv is a low signal. If it is in the proper range the text will be white. Is the cable from the cable company going directly to the cable box or is it going through a splitter? amplifier? etc. Check your cable connectors to make sure they aren't loose. If it directly connected and you still get the low signal you will probably need to contact the cable company.
