The Show, hands down.

I played the demo of the Show 08 and its amazing dont think 2k8 would even come close.

I'd still say The Show is best hands down.

XBOX sports games are better...except for The Show.(like said above when mvp baseball was out it was better)

The Demo for The Show is jaw dropping good.

The Show (Sony/PS3 exclusive) can't be beat based on the demo, IMO. Perfect example of the necessity to own multiple consoles.

Buying a Ps3 next week just for the show. I can't wait.

I think we can all give our opinions better when we can actually play MLB2k8...hard to believe it can be better than the Show though...

In the end for me though - I don't care how great a game looks...I want realism with statistics, etc...I'll get used to how great a game looks but if the statistics come out all funky while playing my season I'll get very irritated...

The Show is the only PS3 demo Ive played more than 3 times, just because its so well done. You feel immediately connected to the game and it controls perfectly.

It is exactly what I want in a baseball game and will be the next PS3 game I get.

Even the simple screenshots for MLB 2K8 dont look as good as "The Show". I am a fan of 2K games, although they have dropped the ball sportswise as of late. Pun intended.

The Show has the best single player baseball game ever, in my opinion. It's completely different than other baseball games and run of the mill season/franchise modes. It's great fun being a player making it to the The Show from the minors.

Hey, you're going to need a Blu-Ray player sometime! It just happens to be a perfectly priced, perfectly spec'd Blu-Ray player with some amazing games coming down the road. But she doesnt HAVE to know that! ;)

I'll be getting The Show and I rarely buy ps3 games. Just haven't been a fan of the 2K baseball games.

The Show. There's no comparison. The Show 07 was the best traditional sports game of last year as well. I own both systems as well

I dont know what it is with 2K and not being able to get faces right anymore. In the Dreamcast days their NBA faces were dead on.

Man maybe its me, I just got a PS3 for BD and downloaded the show after hearing all the hype. I thought it was kinda ehh. The graphics were not great, something was off with the way Fenway looked. I have no idea how the hell to pitch. was just kinda hitting buttons and hoping for the best. I don't know I thought MLB 2K7 was fantastic, most I ever played a baseball game, thought it looked and played great. ANyway just my 2 cents.

I'll be buying the show for PSP. (I don't have a ps3 yet.) I was underwhelmed by last year's 2k baseball game for the 360, so I'll probably just stick with the PSP for my baseball fix.
