Ive read through a few posts trying to solve this overscan issue with my Samsung HLT4675S. I havent noticed it until we got some new HD channels and it is horrible. Watching Cash Cab on Discovery Channel, the overscan on the bottom covers 98% of the word "Strikes" at the bottom of the screen.(anyone has watched the show should know what I mean) Its just rediculous. Its like the tv is zoomed in even though everything is on normal. And I have no zoom or anything on either. Cable box is set to normal 480P/720P AutoDVI and the tv is set to 16:9. But this is also only happens on 720p. When I switch to 480p, it brings up the upper and lower black bars and I can see the whole screen, but in not so good a quality. Im using an SA 3250HD box as well.

Ive read about changing HDMI1 to PC but I have no idea what they are talking about. Can someone enlighten me as to what theyre talking about. Ive seen some posts where they say to change the name of it to PC but that does jack. This is really bugging the hell out of me.

Ive also seen in the service menu i can change the focal point (red sqaure around the screen with an red x through it) and that will bring it up more. But that will also screw with my gaming and dvd player as that effects everything and not just the cable box.

Nevermind, I got it. Had to turn off the tv then turn it back on I guess. After playing around with the tv, I just shut everything down and went over my friends house to hang out. Just came back and turned it on and the screen was smaller and in the PC mode. Changed the settings and and i get a full picture now and can actually enjoy watching tv. :D
