I just bought a Harmony 890 pro and am trying to add my Lutron Spacer System to the remote. I picked lighting, but I didn't buy the Lutron remote and don't know another way to have the 890 learn the commands. I bought the 5 scene push button wall module, so I can set each of three zones, hold down a button on the module and it remembers the settings, like a car radio memory button. Is there anyway to program the 890 with the Spacer system without the Lutron remote??
Thanks!

Did you try adding it using the actual part number? I just added the sps-5wc master control and it seemed to have a bunch of IR signals already in the database.

I've got a Spacer System and 890. (I also got the Lutron) remote. One issue I'm having is positioning the IR Extenders so that they are seen by the dimmer switches. It seems that since the Logitech emitters are square the beam is narrowly focused. Convex emitters (like those in most remotes) have a wider beam spread. I may try sanding (polishing) one of the emitters round. Let me know if yiu wind up with the same issues.
(Sorry I didn't have an answer, but I think the codes from Logitech worked for me. I haven't had time to fully implement my control system.)

I added the part number for the scene control, but it didn't seem to do anything. In other words, there didn't seem to be any confirmation that it understood what I have. How did you confirm that the commands were in the database? I selected light control, picked Lutron and then put in the part number. But how do I know if it actually went in anywhere? I just opened the 890 today, so really have no idea what I'm doing. But since everything is activity based, I don't know where the selection for lights is.
I'm sure this is a newbie question, but how do I correspond buttons on the 890 with the scene buttons on the wall controller? I very much appreciate any help!

If you click on the devices tab the Lutron light control should be listed there.
