The ONLY place to get new tubes is VDC at 800-241-5005. Talk to Gina, and get her the P16 part numbers. $695 per tube USD I think, you need to send your old tubes in so they can swap hardware onto the new bare tubes.

Just buy a new/used projector...one will come up if you're patient. It would cost more to retube than it would to buy a used XG with mint tubes.

I think that is a good option.
My other is giving in to a new LCD Projector.

I think the LCD option may also be a good one...especially a 1080p res projector.
