I Highly recommend Nevo remotes, just got one used and it is an amazing new addition. It is highly superior to any Harmony product and allows for much more creativity. The only downside was trying to track down the free software, the company is not End user friendly and they prefer dealing with the retailer or installers. But the remote itself is awesome with large touchscreen.

I'm interested in this remote, but how did you track down the software and how easy is it to learn. I'm pretty savy when it comes to this stuff, but I'm not willing if it's ridiculously hard. Thanks.

The software comes on a disc, and is packaged with each new remote. So if you get it used, make sure they include the software.
