I don't seem to have a "RF network tools" in the "System options" page. GRRRRRRRRRRRR.

I'm just trying to replace a remote at a customers house.....I've been on hold with Harmony for 15min....Grrrrrrrrrr

Help...help

Weve done updates and firmware update. The old remote 890 has it on it...even after the customer threw it against the stone fire place....he's laughing as we speak:D

KG,

Curious if you found any solution, as I have the same problems.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that new 890's don't have to pair with the base. Perhaps the firmware update added this to the old units as well and there is no need for the RF network tools.

This is where you activate the remote module, on that screen.

I'm not sure what you mean, but what I was saying is that you no longer manually pair the RF extender to the remote. The pairing is now done through the software on the computer and when you update the remote and RF unit they are automatically paired.

Does anybody have a problem with the Harmony 890 controlling the Rotel rsp 1068 pre/pro properly?

I am having a hell of a time getting it to work one hundred percent of the time. Whether it be not going to the inputs properly or even turning on and off sometimes. I have played with the delays again and again and it still isn't right. I even have the seperate wire extenders going to each individual component. All my other components work close to a hundred percent of the time, but the pre/pro, not so much.

Maybe I am just being too picky. Please help.
