Not sure where to put this and couldn't find any answers.

I am trying to put a dvd player up for sale in the classifieds. When I try to submit the ad, it gives me the following error: The image you tried to upload is too high or wide. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

resize it with an image editing program such as IRFanView.
