I just purchased a Canon HG10 HD camcorder. I'm planning a trip to Russia and was wondering what would be the best way to charge the battery while I was over there. It has the BP-2L13 Lithium Ion Battery Pack.

Canon's charger is rated 110-220v, it will work overseas. I have tried it.

Good news. Is there an adapter required to plug it into the wall socket?
