Wow, its hard to believe Sony is giving up on the Trinitron and CRT technology in general. I still have my Sony 32xbr100, and if it breaks, I may have to just throw it away. This is truly the end of an era.

Craigslist for the win! If you live near a sizable population that is the place to find a nice Sony HD CRT.

The odds of finding a new one in the store are pretty slim, used is the only way to get these anymore.

i have the Sony KV27HS420, best 27" ever made. i'll be selling it in a couple months to make way for a Kuro.

I remember the Sony 32XBR100 with its outboard box, it was a pricey set at around 2k back in 93 or so.
