can some one help me with my wall mount i jus got it from monoprice and im really tryin to do this myself here it is, please help, like jus some basic stuff like how to put the plate on the wall

mounting it is not very difficult, just make sure you find two studs. you want to center that bracket as much as possible to where you want the tv to go, but the set will slide left and right on it (how much depends on how far apart the holes are on your set). use lag bolts to mount the bracket to the studs. i don't know that one in particular, but most come with them. as you are tightening the lags down, keep checking your bracket to make sure it is level. from there you just mount the two brackets to the back of your plasma/lcd, and your done.

As mentioned, there isn't much to it. Secure it with lag bolts on studs and you'll be good to go.
If you want to be sure that you did it right, once it's up on the wall, give the mount a good pull. If it doesn't move, neither will your TV. If you really don't believe in yourself, tie a couple of weights on it. If you really, really don't believe in yourself, give any general contractor a call and they'll mount it so it'll never move.

W00lly, I tried googling Stud and I sure hope you don't mean that I have to screw my mount into one of those!?!?!!!!
