I am looking to build a stage and screenwall, but have come up with a dilemma due to the size of my PB13ultra. I would like the stage and wall to be about 2 feet off the front wall, but the pb13 is about a foot longer than it is wide. Right now it is about a third of the way across the front wall of the room facing the seats, but I would like to turn it sideways.

Is this likely to have an effect on the sound? Negative, positive, or likely none? And would it matter if I turned it facing the closer wall or the farther one?

The room is 17wx27Lx10H.

The sub will also be corrected using Audyssey from the Denon 5308.
The rest of the speakers are Klipsch THX ultra crossed over at 80hz.

Seems like you have lots of length in your room. Why not give yourself the extra foot? I made things a little tight behind my screen and I really wish I hadn't - it limits my flexibility in moving the sub around.

I have a bar in the middle area of the room and cant move my seating back. I wish I could.
