Question concerning VW60 and outlet. Instead of an electrician coming out an putting an outlet in the ceiling can I run an extension cord 18 to 20 feet to the nearest outlet? Also it I could connect it to a voltage connector.

I know building code probably states you can't do this but if I put pvc tubing around during the time its in the wall it shouldn't be a problem. Correct? One more question, should I buy a long lenght power cord or can I connect the sony cord to an aftermarke extension?

No matter if it's wrapped in platinum it's in the wall and if it's not rated for in wall use it's not.

If you can get a PVC pipe in the wall you might as well put in a run a romex and just add the extra circuit yourself.

You may want to look at the power-bridge product as it will allow you to a connect to a voltage connector. I assume you mean conditioner. You won't need to connect the circuit to the circuit breaker box if you use that product.
