if they can make it look as good as COD4, Assassins Creed, GOW, etc.. I will be happy.

Crysis is an absolutely stunning game on the PC (as far as visuals go). I just finished playing it last night. I played around in "God mode" today and can't put it down. I love to run around just for the sake of seeing things blow up. I've never had that kind of experience in a game before.

I'd love to see some sort of crysis spinoff on consoles (obviously the original wouldn't blend well with consoles). But until then I'll stick with my pc and 360 controller for all my crysis needs... :cool:

closed doors... no wonder no one reported on it that week. thought that would have been a highlight of the show. unless of course the PS3 wasnt working out (not bashing). crytek2 on the new systems can work but think it will take time to really show it off.

Unreal rules it right now but hopefully these other engines will help make even bad games look good.

I believe the talk was that Crytek would put out a console friendly game for both consoles, but it would not exactly be a straight port of the game.

Thats what I heard (thats what I meant by "spinoff").

If they announce they're using the Crytek engine to do something other than yet another shooter, I might get a bit more excited.
