Hi folks. Looking at the picture of an RTC2200 from Crescendo's site, it has RGB IN and COMPONENT IN. How does it work when 2 sources are connected to this device?

You will need a component switcher of some sort for this.. Be wary of the cheap mechanical type, as they can cause serious signal noise.

The RTC2200 looks at the sync on the VGA input. When there is no sync present it switches to the component input, when there is a sync present it switches to the VGA input.
