Everyone does not seem to want lcd otherwise Panasonic would quit making plasma televisions also correct? Pioneer always made a great tv....I owned one however they priced themselves out of the game. People want a quality tv but not the hole in their pocket from bringing one into their home. Panasonic for the most part has been and is continuing to offer quality plasma televisions at reasonable cost to the consumer. And with the economy the way it is currently..gas prices...everything going up....it all equals less spending or wiser spending. People are going to try and get what they want for the cheapest possible price. They do not want to go out and spend $4000.00 for a 50" television. As much as I love Pioneer....they priced themselves out of the game.
