Hello everyone,

I was wondering if I could ask for some assistance. I have this projector hooked up on a 100 inch screen in my basement, 100% light controlled. When the picture is dark, each corner of the screen exhibits somewhat of a bluish-black, while the center of the screen is pure black. I am using the creative cinema mode with full lamp. Any thoughts? Thanks

I have a Z5 and know what you are talking about. I returned my first one that had this same problem. I was within the 4 hour PP limit so all worked out. If you search around this forum you will find a few posts about this exact problem. One person actually posts his whole RMA story with Sanyo, which took two different times to finally get it fixed. I hate to say it, but get ready for a RMA.
