Hi! First post! (i think, i tried signing up and it said i was already registered, so i just did the password reset email)

I posted these questions on avforum.com and noone replied, so i just came here to give this forum a try.

here are my choices

Optoma hd720x and 80" pull down screen
yamaha rx-v361 and ns-p110 package

well some questions, i am making this in my loft, and the builder made the ceiling into an archway! i dont want to put the projector on a table, i want to ceiling mount, and also he put the ceiling light at the exact spot as where the projector should go, what should i do? i think i will have to protect the projector because those round bulbs get really hot, especially the 150watt one i am going to use.
i thought that i could mount the projector on the side and adjust the mount to make it straight vertical, and i am not sure about this but if the projector has zoom options i can put the projector slightly in front of the light.

also, when i come to replace the lamp, i have come across this site called projectorpoint.co.uk, it sells lamps and everything projector related, i found that the lamp for this model is £210, and i have read here and there that it can use a hd70 lamp which is £175, if i can, it is worth it so just checking.

also the screen ( http://www.pcwb.com/catalogue/item/A0148975 ) , is it specifically wall mount or is on a stand that you put on the floor?

and, last thing, promise! is this yamaha package better than the sony htddw790? because it is more expensive and doesnt have hdmi inputs, which i would sacifice and buy a switch for better sound.

Your projector does have a zoom / wide angle adjustment so there is not need to mount the pj near your can light. how far is the can light to the screen / wall?

about 12 feet, thanks for replying quick, on avforum i was waiting for 3 days and i made 3 bumps, and what about the bulb? does it support the hd70 bulb?
how much zoom has it got? i looked on the optoma uk website and it said it should go around the bulb somewhere, i do want a 80-85 inch sreen btw.

Sorry for the delay, I never got the instant email from your post even though I am subscribed... weird.

Ok, although the HD720x seems to look just like the HD70 except black, I get a different part# for the replacement lamp. BL-FS200B for the HD720x and BL-FP200C for the HD70. You would have to buy it from a place that will take it back if it doesn't fit/work. Not too likely I would think.

The zoom is the same as the HD70 so if you mount it closer to the screen than the light at 10 or 11 feet, you will still be able to get your 80 to 85" screen no problem.
