Has anyone looked into the RAID solutions from CalDigit? I just came across them today on the Web.
Their HDOne and HDPro RAID enclosures look marvelous and they are surprisingly affordable, compared to Apple's now cancelled RAID. Also, they are not the typical, rack-mounted enterprise boxes, but instead are smaller tower enclosures, which probably is a better form factor for most homes and small businesses. Also, CalDigit introduced a $549 RAID card at MacWorld, which is far more affordable than Apple's card.
With the recent demise of Xserve RAID, this may be a nice option.
