I DL'd this last night and played it, and didn't think it was really my thing.

But this morning I let my kids play it and they really liked it, so I bought the full version.

It's cute--a little unpolished in places, but worth the $9.99 since the kids seem to be into it.

Good to hear the kids like it. I played the demo and it's complete garbage on rails. Have them try Everyday Shooter, Super Stardust, or Pixel Junk Monsters. Probably something they'll like and you'll enjoy too.

Downloaded and played briefly. Not too good in my opinion. I really disliked the camera and its restriction on your movement.

Kind of a cute idea, but doesn't appear very well executed to me.

That's what I didn't like about it either. They already had flashing arrows to say, "This way, moron." They didn't need to nudge me along with the camera as well, which was particularly annoying when it prevented me from grabbing pickups.

Without the BS camera, the game could've been "meh" instead of "crap."

Sound problems don't help either. On my lossless setup the voiceovers tend to fade in and out.

I thought it was kinda fun. If I had any money I'd get the full game. I prefer a more open game like Shadowgrounds but this is a decent timekiller for me.

I was under the impression that the camera was meant to be like that so you would have to figure out how to get the items before the camera moves, kinda like those arcade 2D side-scrolling fighters

I got that too.

Still pics with no moving lips is what killed me. Its like the put it together in a month, if they did its ok. If its supposed to be "for real" then forget about it.

The game is not very good too me either, but come on you have read a cartoon before havent you? Thats the art concept they were going for not that they didn't put effort or thought into.

Tried this last night. I couldn't believe how bad it was. What an abomination.

They should be ashamed of themselves.

I think this is for the younger set, at least it seems that way. For ten bucks it's not bad. Kinda plays like Smash TV.

Cash, Guns, Chaos is a near exact transfer of Smash TV from the NES version. This does incorporate some of the elements ie gun upgrades run out based on timer/useage. To me it's more of a Marvel style game with the RPG style upgrades, the additional objectives (disfuse bombs, etc) and the multible selectable characters, and of course the cartoon style cut scenes.

Either way I didn't find it much fun compared to either of those PS3 games or the original Smash TV from my youth
