Guys I'm not sure whats up with my player, I go into the setup menu and the only option greyed out is the "progressive" option and it says auto. Anyone have any thoughts as to why its not sending a progressive signal to my 5080HD?

Got it guys! I didn't realize the switch was a physical switch, must have inadvertantly gotten switched off when I was rearranging :)
