Hello, I was wondering if I could use Time Capsule as my external HD for my dvds I backed up with MacTheRipper? Will it be fast enough to play the movies on my lcd tv through my mini HTPC? Or should I just get an external firewire HD like the ministack?

I'm using a Time Capsule as an external drive for my music right now. It should work fine (especially if you have it hard wired and not hooked up wirelessly), but you'll probably run out of space pretty quick. You might be better off buying an upgradeable external drive.
