I've been having problems lately streaming Sirius through Tversity using the uSirius software. Through the PS3 I can see all the stations except that when I try to play them I get a network error (80710723).

In researching the error I've found several options. I've tried all of these...

- Possible Port Error - Try opening ports , TCP port: 80, 443, 5223 and UDP port: 3478, 3479, 3658. or add Ps3 to DMZ.

- Forward the following ports to your PS3's ip TCP:80, 443, 5223, UDP:3478-3479, 3658, Then disable upnp in your router's settings.

- Try with Firewall (Trend Micro) shut down

- Reboot pc and router

- reinstall uSirius software

Is there any other option that you all know of?

Thanks

I'm getting the same error when trying to download ANYTHING using the crappy wireless function on the PS3. I haven't tried roping over some CAT 5 it but I feel like I paid a lot of money for this thing...it should work.

Is there not a fix for this? I have perfect reception to my Belkin G Plus Mimo (F5D9230-4 v5000)

I set up DMZ and it's still slower than all get out and I assume it just times out after a while. A 51mb update file shouldn't take 20 minutes on a high speed cable modem to download to 35%...it should take seconds.

I didn't even know this was possible. I have TVersity set up and a Sirius account. I'll give it a shot (I'm wired) and see what happens.

I realize this is a dated thread, but in case people are still having trouble with their PS3s, I had to turn off (disable) the media server. After that, everything worked well.

i had a similar issue with uXM (the XM side of the software) but it corrected itself with the latest release.

(FYI, when i turned off media server, i couldn't access anything)
