Everybody,
I am contemplating a purchase (Band of Brothers, discs 3 and 4) at either HMV.co.jp or play-asia.com. Does anyone have any positive feedback of one versus the other?

I am still waiting on disc' 3 and 4 from hmv. I placed my order for the complete set nearly a month ago. All other copies came in on time. Both copies have been delayed twice, for me.

I've bought gaming accessories in the past from play-asia.com, and have never had a problem with them. The items came pretty quickly, and well packaged..

No issues while ordering with hmv.co.jp. They are reliable.

I can vouch for HMV. Order took only 3-4 days after it was processed. The only thing is that you never know how long you will have to wait for BoB, and it's possible they won't get them all in the end, since vols. 3-5 say 'limited availability'.

I've purchased audio from HMV Japan. No problems whatsoever. Shipping was fast as well. I was amazed. I got my stuff from them faster than I would have from Amazon. 3-4 days from Japan to my door. Their prices including shipping really aren't that bad either when you compare to buying an import disc at a local store.

In my understanding Play-Asia is overpriced, their prices always seem to exceed MRSP. I don't understand why people would order anything from there, except maybe if they are the only source. HMV Japan on the other hand has usually pretty good prices.

I can sing nothing but praise for HMV.jp. I have ordered from them about 3 times in the last few months, and delivery is super fast. I am in the UK by the way, so this may differ to the US, but they give a tracking number and i usually get my packages 3-4 days after they are shipped from Japan.
I've bought gaming accessories in the past from play-asia.com, and have never had a problem with them. The items came pretty quickly, and well packaged..
