I think the PSP has missed it's window of opportunity with GPS.

Touchscreen GPSs have dropped drastically in price over the last year and are light years ahead of previous versions where you have to sit there and type things out with a directional pad (ie: the PSP).

But how many GPS devices can access and remote play your video library from a computer at home, play high quality video games and some also remote accessed from home, surf the net with wifi and attach a camera and upload video to the net?

My 2 year old Ipaq handheld does..

and it also makes phone calls, and downloads my corporate email, oh and i don't even need a wifi connection.. it does it where ever i have cell signal (oh and did i mention it can also act as a highspeed modem for other wifi devices? Can the PSP do THAT? I don't think so!

As does my Treo 750. But don't think for a minute I won't be getting this. I like the screen size of my PSP much better than that little thing.

The screen size is beneficial on the PSP, but I'd feel like a douchbag carrying around a psp for gps on my business trips. I always use my Blackberry.

I only use the psp on the plane, and in the hotel. I probably wouldnt whip it out in front of clients.

how many of those things could it do if you didn't pay the monthly bill.....

Anyway, I'll take the psp for gaming, handheld movie/mp3 streaming and GPS.

Anyone else notice
"Easy pairing through USB connection with PS3"
When did a BT ever need to pair through USB

Yea, this is BS. The GPS has been out for a long time in Japan and Europe. Those aren't US streets shown on that GPS screen either.

Plug it in with a USB cable and it pairs automatically? That's what I was thinking anyway.
