Coming to UK in June. This is awesome as it is one of my favourite comedies.

Fantastic news about Groundhog Day, Ive been holding off getting the SD release for a couple of years now anticipating a BD release.

Also note that more UK resellers are confirming Sept 1 for a Euro release of "Zodiac" and "Godzilla"

And that "Dead Poets Society" is scheduled for a Sept 11 release in Germany.

So this wasnt interesting to discuss at all i see.

Groundhog Day is one of my alltime favorite movies. This is one Sony should have already released here in the states.

Groundhog's Day is one of those movies that I always end up watching whenever its on. I've never actually owned it on any fomat but that mostly because it on the tv all the time.

Is it all region?

I have a long history with this film.

Saw it at the cinema, bought the VHS, bought the widescreen VHS, bought the LaserDisc, bought the DVD, bought the Spec.Ed. DVD, will I buy this one? Hmmm...

MiB has been announced but hasn't been given a date AFAIK

I'd love Neverending Story (a Warner title IIRC) and it seems The Bone Collector is due, although hopefully a better effort than the US HD DVD release.

Groundhog day is almost certainly coming out in the US, it just hasn't been announced officially yet. Seems like they were going to release it along side the anniversary edition last month but didn't announce it for some reason.

MiB has been announced but hasn't been given a date AFAIK


An internal release schedule has it down as July 16, 2008 for the UK.
