I've had a DirectTVHDTivo HR10-250 for almost three years with no problems. Still running 3.1.5f f/w, phone line disconnected for > 500 days to avoif getting buggy 6.3 f/w. Starting tonight the guide data is starting to go missing on the HD channels (UHD, TNTHD, HDNet, etc) and also my OTA locals. As of tomorrow night they are all missing. Anyone alse having same problem? I've tried restarting the receiver.

Mine is about the same age. All of a sudden same problems as you.

I don't look at the software version (maybe I should!)
but just checked it; its showing 6.3f-01-2-357

Called support several times (low signal on Sat 119, no program guide, etc)
They had me try switching cables on the inputs to the box,
reload guide, re-boot, etc.

Now, sometimes it works, sometimes not.

My numbers on Sat 119 are up in the 70's now
but the unit is randomly re-booting itself. Weird!

Someone said it may be the hard drive starting to fail
but doesn't seem like it to me.

What do you think?

Mine is OK now. The DVR itself is rock solid, never frozen, never rebooted. never missed anything, no dropouts. Its been disconnected from telephone line for 550 days to make sure keep 3.1.5f firmware. It was just the missing guide info for a couple of days.
