I want to sell my Select SVT-190 3-CRT projector. It needs a new IR board to make it functional (no picture without it because the mother board goes into protection mode according to a service tech) or can be used for parts. It has VERY low hours. How much should I be able to get for it?

Ask over at www.curtpalme.com -- BUT do not place it like a for sale ad.. whole projectors for sale is a no-no, although that mainly pertains to working ones. Just ask what its worth in its condition or if it is better off parted out.

If it doesn't work you should be able to sell it on Curt's forum, just be sure to check first to make sure it will be Ok
My guess is it won't be worth much at all.
While price has a lot to do with location, I'd say an SVT-190 is worth next to nothing even if it was working. It's an old 480i video grade (16Khz) only machine with TAC4 lenses and 7" tubes.
If you get more than $50 for it the person doesn't know what they're buying. :)

I agree, Try to may part it out on on Ebay. Who knows, Someone might buy it
