Plugged up the Behringer preamplifier MIC100 and Behringer ECM8000 microphone to the computer for MSN. My friend said it was TOO LOUD! LOL that’s what I want to hear.:D

Since I’ve got it working now on the pc and that the cable is 5 meters long I might use it later on with the TrueRTA free download version, in the JBL home cinema while fitted to the microphone boom.

I guess the microphone is acting like a power mic on CB radio.:D

You can turn the gain down. It is a powerd mic.

Well I was experimenting with the gain control that microphone is fairly sensitive it can pick up slight hiss sound when I articulate the tone from my mouth to the microphone in the other room some 10 feet away.

Free and where can you obtain (REW) Room EQ Wizard sounds good.
