do you have a link for that FAQ page? i looked around the warnerbros and wb home video and the wb hi def pages and didn't find a FAQ link. of course, i'm sure if will be completely obvious once you tell me. :)

Just order a new one from WHV. They probably won't charge you anyways.
It's like gambling to get free movies! Great site. I've received 11, and paid for 3. That was bout six months ago, so I don't think they're ever going to charge my card for the other 8.:)

I now have a return envelope being sent to me to send the disk in to be replaced. Hopefully, I can get this taken care of soon.

I got the letter two days after they said they would send it. The disk was mailed out and hopefully in 14 - 28 days, I will have the replacement.
