If OTA is a requirement now, the HR20 is better. If you can wait until they come out with the USB-OTA adapter, then it is a toss-up unless there are other criteria to consider. The only unit I have any problems with is one of our HR20-700s, last night it wouldn't accept commands from the remote. A reboot fixed it. I have a sound and freezing problems with all 3 of my Hr21-700 so they sent me 2 Hr21-700 and 1 HR20-100 |
