I have this Dutch version and there are no English subs on it.

No English sub at all. The film transfer was grainy, I am not sure if it was intentional, but the colors compared to the SD versions were bright and the blacks were very deep and consistent. Definitely worth the upgrade if you can understand dutch or Mandarin.
