A problem is has arisen with my Comcast cable/Pioneer Elite 1150 following a power outage at my house.

Much to my surprise, when the power was restored and I powered the system on my previously great 1150 picture is now only in shades of muted blue, green, and purple. Is this a Comcast problem or a problem with the 1150? I don't have a clue where to start.

I can't think of anything that the cable company could do that would cause that.
