Please post your reports of success or failure playing back Atonement on a HD-A3x.

Mine is still unopened and since Best Buy sent back all of their HD-DVD stock, I will be unable to do an exchange if the disc fails to play back.

The customer service people at our Best Buy most likely will not give me credit if it does not play back even though they do not have any more.

I am thinking of just returning all unopened discs and re-buying from Amazon to avoid such issues with faulty discs.

I played Atonement on my A30 tonight with no problems.

Beautiful transfer and a good movie too.

No problems with Atonement, HD-A30, v2.0 firmware.

No issues on the A30. (ver 1.1)

No issues on my A20, firmware version 2.8.

They absolutely will refund 100% of your money if the product is defective.

I had np with my Atonement combo but then again i HAVE had a few problems with combos in the past.

My HD-A3 had a few hiccups with it (Original 1.1 Firmware) and I haven't tried it yet with my HD-A2. I'll upgrade HD-A3 firmware and see if it smooths things out.

Plays fine on my A-35.

Does Not play on my BH-100. Stops itself after FBI warning.

No problemo on A-3 using firmware 1.3. Disc was from Netflix.

Played fine on my HD-A2 but even with firmware 1.3 my HD-A3 had a few stutters.
