I'm a newbie, and I've seen some pics of a large (~130inch) sleek wooden panel "matting" attached to the wall, and a ~50 inch TV mounted on top of the panel. I was wondering if anyone had any setups similar to this to share. That would be really helpful for me. Also, what is the correct term for this type of wooden panel?

I am basically looking for ideas that will enhance the overall look as opposed to mounting a TV directly to a bare white wall.
