Hi

I thinking about buying a Sony KDS-60A2000 from Craigslist which is selling for $1900. Is this a fair price?

Thanks

Considering I paid about the same for my KDS-60A3000 (new in Sept.), I would say definitely not.

I did a little more research and I found that CC is selling a new for $1999. So you are right, this is a bad deal. Thanks for your reply!

Go to Tweeter's website and see how much they're asking for a new 60A3000. I just got one from Sears at their price.

1900 is WAY too much.

Funny, I was just looking at Sears.com and saw it for $1999.

BTW, how do you guys like the A3000? I am a big fan of Sony.

Price match, man ;)

My theater room will be finished tomorrow so I'll get more time with it then. I only had a few minutes to play with it where it sits in my in-laws' guest room waiting. My impressions are that I love the colors but it's softer than the 1080p LCDs and plasmas out there. However, I'll reserve judgement until I fix the convergence.

No way $1900 for a used 60A2000. I just got a floor model 60A3000 from Tweeter for $1650 (1700 hours on it).

RP sets will never be as sharp as lcd or plasma. It's just the nature of the microdisplay and necessary magnification to display the image.

With that said, I LOVE my 50A3000:)

Best $1100 ever spent!

Hmmm, thats not fair at all. I live in Richardson Tx. and I am selling the same Tv for $1200. If you are Interested you can contact me anytime.

I'm trying to get a new pioneer 5080 Kuro plasma asap, before I move to my new apartment. My 60A2000 is a beast in my current townhome. I have a few pics of the TV , but I can't upload yet because of my low post count.
