ever since this new update, 2.20, my mpeg 4 rips are studdering on my ps3. I'm running leopard os x, eyeconnect 1.5.3, dual G5. anybody else getting this problem? any help would be much appreciated!!!!

I think this is a problem with the ps3, there have been a lot of complaints about studdering with Mpeg4 encodes, been proven with multiple media clients on windows and mac. I think another bug fix will be coming shortly...

I'm using a similar set up and thought I noticed that too when I was testing a couple videos after the update. I did try one Xvid AVI that played fine though. I need to try another mp4 when I get a chance.

I didn't notice any streaming issues until the PS3 2.20 update. All other aspects of PS3 2.20 seem fine.

Also, I tried the same mp4 files in iTunes streamed to an AppleTV and had no issues.

The test file I used was a 1Gigabyte file which accounted for about 42 minutes of HD programming. That amounts to about an average of 3.2 Mbits/sec of streaming. That should be well within 802.11g.

guys, i have a problem with my music. It plays about 1min of the song and then it skips to the next song. IT won't play the full song at all!! any help is appreciated.
