I know the patch never got released, but are there any workarounds out there? We need a bass (and more cowbell)! ;)

nyko has a frontman guitar coming out in the next week or so for PS3 that will play for both rockband and GH3.

You know, if Activision really wants money, I'd be happy to shell out $10 for a patch if it would spare me having to buy a third guitar that works with both games.
