So, can somebody find me a picture of these Gopher Cams? I'd like to know how they are laid into the pavement.

Anyone notice that there were plenty of good seats still available? I hope NASCAR doesn't take away M'Ville. Vegas wants a fall race and if they get it it will come from either M'Ville or Richmond.

The weather here is CRUMMY! Cold and wet. No one wants to get out in this crap. It looked like the rain could have come down at any time.

I'm very impressed with the resolution and speed of the gopher cam, if you slow it down, very sharp pictures, no bluring and much detail.

The coolest thing I saw today... Brakes on fire. Excuse the strip from the Media Center.

It looked that way on camera too. With the mist on most of the cameras all day, it looked like everything was out of focus. :eek:

Anyone try to record the Craftsman truck race?

I tried twice and even the rerun was allowed to run overtime and ended with 11 laps to go.

Luckily I happened to come home for lunch in time to see the part I missed Saturday.

What was ironic was there was some discussion over the radio between K. Busch and the spotter about how he forgot to set this race to record and his spotter told him when the rerun on SPEED would be but if he plans on recording it he'll miss the end.
