I am looking to put a set of speaker terminals under the sofa in my family room. I con't have my rear speakers sitting out all the time because of the configuration of the room. I am looking for something that is similar to an electrical floor outlet, perhaps with a cover that I can hook my speakers up to. The amp will be in a wall unit at the front of the room. From there I can run cables into the basement and across to the terminal box under the couch.

Anyone know of anything like this?

I think you can use the same kind that you would for a wall mount. Unless I am misunderstanding what you are asking.
