Relative newbie question. I notice poor picture quality and shakiness around the edges of animated shows (like South Park, or Dora). The show is being broadcast at 480i. Is there some basic advice as to what settings, if any, can be adjusted to remove or minimize the shakiness and jitter around the edges of pictures of non HD shows? The HD channels are good, but the others have an overall poor look to them.

Just looking for some advice before I screw around with settings.
