So I've been going crazy trying to find the right place to put an in-wall a/v rack. And I've finally found the only location that actually works. But, it's 24" away from a power panel. The box with all the 20 amp circuits, in case I'm not calling it the right thing.

I plan to build the a/v box using probably 5/8 plywood. But is 2' too close to the power panel? Or should I be okay?
