Hi have seached this forum but cannot seem to find a straight answer to what sreen i should chose for my sanyo z5. I have a 92" gray screen whit a 0,8 gain (i think) i have a complete light controlled basement so no light at all am i better of whith a white? if so what gain?

Do you desire better black level? If so, then stick with what you have. I tried Elite's Cinegray and didn't care for it. IMO, it improves black levels at the expense of everything else. I moved to their 1.1 Cinewhite material and like it much better. What brand is your screen? Some have reported having screens with lighter shades of gray that work better than darker grays. YMMV.

i dont know the name of my screen ,but it was not a famous brand, cost me around 600$ but that is in Denmark where everything costs more so here it is a cheap screen:( was advised to buy the gray one when i bougt my panny ae700 because of the lack of light it output but now i have moved on to the sanyo z5 and wondering if that was still the case? i have fine black level but sometimes could use a bit more white white.
