My Z2000 has about 110 hrs. on it and i am able to notice a faint hazy yellow streak running horizontally about 1/3 up from the bottom. It runs on a slight angle, is very faint and soft. It is noticeable with light background such as white, sky blue or light blue water scenes.

is this an inherent LCD PJ issue or should i be contacting sanyo on this? i am going to have my PJ professionally calibrated but don't want to do so with such a problem if i don't have to live with it.

I would contact Sanyo - that is not normal

my Z3 got a yellow haze on the bottom of the screen which is usually the top of the one of the polarizers, maybe a over heating issue.

I'm still milking my z2 along as I fear the new projectors still don't hold up to the heat well enough and will fail too early. Come on cool lighting.
