Hello,

I have a sanyo PLC-XU38 project that is on the back wall and project on the front wall using 54x110 in screen. My problem is that I have white space that 12" inches above the screen, 4" inches below and 2" inches to the right. How do you fixed? The image for 16x9, 4x3 show correct on screen.

My room size is 13' x 11'8". I have 7' and 1/2 inch ceiling.

I went online and calculate where my project should be it said that i need
to have 65x116 inch screen. my projector is on the wall that is 13' away.

Do you think I need to move on the 11'8" wall? Also do you think that will be to close? What is your recommendation?

I have a fan in the middle of the room, how low should the screen be?

Attached is a layout of my room.

Thanks

You need to move the projector and use the zoom function to fix up the diffrence , Or use some blackout cloth to cover the areas that are exposed , And finally you can get a smaller screen and do the adjustments from there.,.,
Remember your creativity is only limited by your imagination.

Here is the projector calculator to help you with setting up your unit.:

intruders1969 -- Your screen is the wrong size. It sounds like you are trying to project on the entire wall, which will never be the right size.

Your "screen" size is not correct for either a 16:9 image (16:9 = 110" x 62", or 4:3 = 96" x 54") or a 4:3 image (where it should be either 110" x 83", or 72" x 54").

In any case, you will never fill the screen since it's the wrong size for anything except a movie that was filmed in a 2.04:1 aspect ratio (width divided by height), and none are.

louthewiz provided you with a link to a good projection calculator that you should use to determine the correct screen size to use (there are buttons that you can click on for either 4:3 or 16:9 sizes).
