I just got a new optical block installed yesterday. The whites seem so much more vivid than before. Is that normal? and should I just readjust the colors. Or is there a problem with the optical block. Thanks

So happens... I just got a new optical block on my KDFE50A10 today. When the tech came out to install it, he also had to replace a tiny resistor (he called it a "flea"). It was some kind of a tech note from Sony. I believe he said it's supposed to reduce the light from the bulb to keep the problem from happening in the future.
