I am looking for behind the TV set lighting.
If tungsten, what wattage light are you going with,
if Flourescent what wattage light are you going with.

I am assuming around 6500Kelvin lights.

I use a small lamp with a 20w bulb placed behind the tv so I can't see the actual light, just the glow. Helps a lot. If you get too bright a light, it will reflect off the wall and annoy you, in my opinion. Similar to this one:
