Optoma h79 imho.

The optoma will win that battle without blinking an eye ;) .

My vote for the H79 too. I thought it was the best looking pj in it's class of that day.

I don't know if they ever fixed their cooling / lamp design problems though before ending production. I read threads where many people affixed external muffin fans to the cooling intake vent to keep their lamps from dying a premature death.

nobody ,i have a sanyo z4 and i have the chance to change it for a epson 720 or the h79,i choose the h79 but i just like to know if you think i made the right choice

I owned the Z4 and the Epson 720's black level is significantly better.
