I have a old credit card info stored with my XBL points purchases via x360 console. I just added a new one but can't seem to remove the old one.
Tried searching xbox.com to no avail. The only info they state is to go accounts management>billing but I don't see any 'billing' heading.
Anyone know what menu I have to get into to remove my previous CC info I don't use anymore?
TIA
Call 1800myxbox. Spend several hours on the phone with people who can barely understand you (much less you understanding them). Wait 30 days, and waste more time than you thought possible on the phone with the same people you've spoken to before to make sure they actually take the info off.
Or, cancel your credit card. Which is what I ultimately did.

Don't cancel your credit card, just call the company and ask for a new number. Tell them you left it in an ATM machine or something.
I hate saying this but some reason, MS will not take off your credit card information. As a result the general concensus here is not to buy MS points, Live months etc from the Xbox, just buy the cards and use them instead. MS will not charge your account unless you authorize it, but you cannot take the card off.

Ya, but they do authomatically recharge your account unless you cancel. The annoying thing is you have to waste 20 minutes calling them in order to cancel. Maybe its just a pet peeve of mine but I freakin hate companies that dont let you cancel your account online when you can set it up online.

I got my old CC info removed by calling 18004myxbox. They had someone call me at work a few days later to finalize the removal, goofy but it worked.
