This should be embarassing for the LPGA. I guess not enough viewers to pay for an HD camera. They lost me.

Too bad they couldn't pipe true 720p of the match before Sunday's 1080i (true-1080i?) from CBS. But 4:3 images seem fairly crisp; if they're not using HD cameras for upconverted 720p, it's some of the best upconverted all-SD I can recall, although SD upconverted to 1080i by networks usually seems better. (My CRT RPTV/cable-STB converts 720p to 1080i.) -- John

i just flipped by it, stopped to watch and it was unwatchable, i could not see the ball in flight or read the leader board...
